The largest commercial facility in Grodzisk Mazowiecki is being built in the city center. RETALIA Retail Park will open at the main shopping street.

The modern Retail Park will be located in the best location in the city - at the main intersection of ul. Królewska and Rzemieślnicza - directly on the provincial road No. 719. In the close vicinity of the building there are, among others Lidl, Orlen petrol station and McDonald’s drive restaurant. The property is surrounded by the largest housing estates, and bus stops are located right next to it.

The total leasable area of ​​the object is over 5,000 sqm. Ultimately, the Retail Park will feature 15 shops of the best brands and service outlets. Comfortable parking for over 100 parking spaces is provided for customers.

Construction works will start in spring 2020 and the opening is planned for autumn 2020.

Retalia is the investor of the Retail Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The architectural design was prepared by the Archi-Graf Architectural Service Office. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental of the facility.
