On December 3, 2019, in the tenth edition of the Eurobuild Awards, Park Polkowice won the award in the New Small Retail Format of the Year category.

The retail park in Polkowice at the intersection of Głogowska and Ogrodowa streets was opened on December 14, 2018. The facility has 5.5 thousand sq. m of commercial space.

Tenants include: CCC, RTV Euro AGD, Sinsay, Rossmann, Empik, Dealz, Pepco, Takko Fashion, Diverse, Big Star, Żabka and Euronet. Nearby are: McDonald’s restaurant, Water Park, Biedronka and Netto. The car park offers 170 spaces.

The investor of the facility is MGC Invest associated with Dariusz Miłek - the owner of the CCC network. The general contractor was Budrem from Ostrów Wielkopolski, and Mallson Polska was responsible for the commercial concept and rental.
