The RYNEK modern retail park in Zawiercie has acquired a new tenant - the Pepco brand. A popular discount shop known for its wide range of products - from women's, men's and children's clothing, through textiles, dishes and toys, to seasonal items and home decorations - will cover an area of ​​over 600 sq. m.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercialization of Rynek Retail Park.

Construction works at the construction site and preparation for foundations have already begun. Advanced talks are underway with subsequent tenants for the last vacant premises. The opening of the facility is planned for the second half of 2020.

The modern Rynek retail park in Zawiercie is being built close to the city center by the national road No. 796 on the Katowice-Dąbrowa Górnicza route. The investment is located in the most commercial place in the city and together with the recently opened Lidl market and neighboring shopping facilities such as Biedronka, Netto, Bricomarche, Komfort and Jysk or a popular city marketplace will create the largest concentration of shopping space in the region. The facility will house shops of well-known network brands from the fashion, sports, footwear, drugstore, interior design and other industries.
