October 24, 2019 two modern MultiBox commercial facilities were officially opened. MultiBox Płońsk is located close to the city center, in the vicinity of housing estates, Kaufland market and McDonald’s restaurant, with which it creates the largest shopping complex attracting customers from the entire region every day. At 5,000 sq m of leasable area Sinsay, Dealz and Vision Express as well as Big Star, Diverse, Pepco, Martes Sport, Rossmann, and Neonet have opened their shops popular on the Płońsk market. In the coming weeks, another brand in the region - TEDi - will open its shop in MultiBox.

MultiBox Głogów operates at Sikorskiego Street next to the Kaufland supermarket. In the immediate vicinity are the largest housing estates in the city, Poviat Eldership and clinic.

In a shopping center with a leasable area of ​​over 9,000 sq m well-known brands such as Sinsay, Martes Sport, Empik, Smyk, Dealz, Neonet, Pepco, Rossmann, Jubiler Michalczak and Centrum Chinkie Fotok have opened their shops. In the coming weeks, CCC, KiK as well as the only brand shops in the region: TEDi and Vision Express will open their shops. The offer of Głogów MultiBox is complemented by a fitness club - Fitarena.

Both facilities have comfortable and spacious parking for motorized clients with several hundred free spaces.

 

MultiBox - the idea of ​​a shopping facility

MultiBox retail objects are one of the largest retail park chains in the country. Created in response to the current needs of customers, as a way for quick and convenient shopping - these are modern facilities with an area of ​​several thousand square meters, located in very good locations, most often in the vicinity of supermarkets (including Kaufland, Lidl), surrounded by convenient, spacious parking lots.

Currently, the network has 11 retail parks (Świecie, Tczew, Ciechanów, Łask, Siedlce, 2 facilities in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Dęblin, Nowy Tomyśl, Płońsk, Głogów). In addition, preparations are underway for the opening of MultiBox in Warsaw's Wilanów and for the commencement of construction in Szamotuły, Trzcianka, Ełk and the largest facility in Poland of this network (about 15,000 m2 of rent) - MultiBox Browar in the very center of Ostrów Wlkp.

The investor and contractor as well as the target manager of the facility is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM based in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
