JYSK in the SEKUNDA Shopping Center in Jędrzejów!
In the region's largest shopping center - the Sekunda Shopping Center - JYSK will open its only shop in the city. The international chain of interior design shps will occupy approximately 1,200 sq m in the Sekunda Shopping Center.

The opening of the JYSK shop in Jędrzejów confirms the aspirations for continuous development and reaching the offer to an increasing number of recipients, also in these smaller towns. At the same time, we facilitate our clients' access to modern, affordable Scandinavian interior decoration products. Our mission is to offer good products for everyone, regardless of the wealth portfolio - emphasizes Jacek Wasilewski, Director of Development and Facilities Management. - We want to continue the dynamic development of the shop chain. We are constantly looking for partners who are ready to cooperate. We believe that a very important aspect of our presence on the commercial real estate market are based on "healthy" principles, long-term business relations with our Landlords, as well as entities specializing in commercialization such as Mallson - with which we have completed the largest number of shops for over 10 years - Wasilewski adds.
The facility with an area of 13 thousand sqm. GLA will connect a gallery and a retail park, providing the residents of Jędrzejów and the surrounding area with a modern shopping and service space. In its area of coverage there will be over 100,000 potential customers. The Shopping Center will offer around 40 shops of popular brands - fashion, footwear, drugstores, home appliances, interior furnishings, services and more. Sekunda's food operator will be the only LIDL market in the region. The Sekunda Shopping Center is located in an attractive location at the intersection of Reymonta and Armii Krajowej streets. Nearby there are housing estates, a city park, a stadium of the Sport Club Naprzód Jędrzejów and a bus station. In addition, an additional advantage of the project is the proximity of a petrol station, car wash and vehicle control station. A car park with over 300 places will be available to customers. The opening of the center is planned for the first half of 2021.

In Poland, JYSK exists since 2000 and has its headquarters in Gdańsk and employs over 2,300 people. The company also sells online, but annually opens about 10-12 new shops. JYSK's ambition is to become the most widespread and profitable commercial network in the world. There are currently 230 shops in Poland, which occupy a total area of approx. 200 thousand. sq.m. commercial area. The company plans to almost double the number of shops, reaching 5,000 shops worldwide.
