Mallson Polska - a consulting company, commercializing commercial real estate for over 11 years, successfully closed the next edition of the SCF fair. Visitors were impressed by the number and quality of projects presented at SCF 2019 and also the stand itself.

At this year's fair, tenants had the opportunity to see the premiere of new projects commercialized by Mallson - including Multibox Browar in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Retail Park in Kępno, Era Park in Warsaw or Centrum Stabłowicka in Wrocław.

- SCF is a great opportunity to create new and maintain relationships with tenants and investors. The right atmosphere, comfortable, spacious stand gave us the comfort of conducting project conversations and the service of hostesses and a well-equipped bar additionally helped in conducting fruitful meetings. Galeria Wiślanka, the only project  in Żory, which has a perfect connection to the city, enjoyed unflagging interest, as well as - after the change of the investor - the design of the Color Park Nowy Targ gallery, the largest shopping and entertainment facility in Podhale, whose construction was resumed in mid-September. Tenants also asked about the last available premises in projects of one of the largest chains of Multibox retail parks, Galeria Wałbrzych Centrum or Trio Retail in Oświęcim - says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska.

An unquestionable attraction of the stand for tenants was the exciting competition at the wheel of fortune and 2 main prizes funded jointly with Media Expert - modern electric scooters. On the first day of the fair, the main prize went to Marcin Ostrowski from the KiK company, and on the second day of the fair - to Paweł Oskędra from the SMYK company.

At the fair Mallson presented around 50 facilities in commercialization and re-commercialization, as well as many new ones - at the design stage, which will be inaugurated in the coming months.
