Revitalization of existing facilities is a natural step in the development of the commercial sector. Drukarnia - operating under the name of the Bydgoszcz Financial Center in recent years - will soon undergo major changes. An architecturally unique building in a great location - in the very center of Bydgoszcz at the intersection of Gdańska and Jagiellońska Streets, in the place of the former Graphic Works of The National Education Commission will soon gain a new character.
In the vicinity of the property are the Old Market Square and numerous public institutions (including: City Hall, Voivodship Office, District Court). The facility is located on the route of people passing between the nearby PKS Main Station and the nearby PKP station, which additionally guarantees a very large and regular flow of potential customers.
The gallery will have approx. 10 thousand sq.m of lease area and will offer dozens of shops, service, entertainment and catering outlets as well as approx. 200 parking spaces.
The facility was designed by JSK Architekci from Warsaw and began operations in 2007.
The center, referring to the history and tradition of the place, will take the name Nowa Drukarnia. The revitalized building will fit into the new lifestyle and meet the needs of a new generation of consumers.
Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The opening of Nowa Drukarnia is planned for 2nd quarter of 2020.
