Preparations for the implementation of a new commercial center project in Wrocław - Centrum Stabłowicka are in progress. It is a modern, commercial and service complex, which will be built in the north-western part of the city at Stabłowicka Street.

On the surface of about 10,000 sq. m GLA there will be a food market of a well-known discount network and approximately 30 shops, service and catering points. The planned retail park will enrich the existing trade offer of this district with well-known and popular network brands of the following industries: fashion, home appliances, drugstore, service, home furnishings and more. A fitness club and a diverse gastronomic offer will also appear in the facility. In the Stabłowicka Center there will also be cultural and educational facilities, including a kindergarten, a nursery and a school for several hundred children. A large number of comfortable parking spaces for cars and bicycles will be created next to the building. The unique atmosphere of shopping and leisure will also be guaranteed by unique architecture - based on the brick buildings of the old factory on which the Stabłowicka Center is created.

In the vicinity of the property, there are strategic routes for the city and nearby towns, such as: national road 94 (Wrocław - Środa Śląska) and the Wrocław Ring Road. In close proximity to the investment, there is a traffic generating traffic - Pracze Odrzańskie railway station and bus communication routes connecting the investment with nearby housing estates.

The Stabłowice Health Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the property. In addition, there is a Provincial Specialist Hospital in the district. It is the most modern hospital in Wrocław with a total area of ​​50,000 m2.

Stabłowice is one of the most dynamically developing parts of Wrocław. New residents of the surrounding settlements are primarily young families with children and school-age youth. The real estate on which the investment is planned is surrounded by areas where numerous new housing investments are created.

According to statistical data, the number of people living alone in Stabłowice is over 17 thousand people (density: about 2,200 people per 1 km2 area). People in productive age constitute over 60% of the population of the housing estate. Considering the number of started and planned housing investments within the next few years, a high increase in the number of residents of the Stabłowice district is forecasted to over 30,000 inhabitants, and already around 55 thousand inhabitants live in the range of the investment's impact.

The opening of the facility is scheduled for the end of 2020.
