The process of acquiring an investor for Color Park Gallery in Nowy Targ - the largest regional shopping and entertainment center in Podhale has been a success.

The financing of the project was provided by Harvent - an investment group founded by Artur Kawę and Dariusz Kalinowski, investing the founders' own funds and their families. Harvent specializes in commercial real estate and residential real estate investments.

Artur Kawa is an experienced entrepreneur, manager and investor. Together with his partners, he founded one of the largest trading groups in Poland, of which he was president for over 20 years. During this period, he created a modern trade group with a turnover exceeding PLN 6 billion and a market value of nearly PLN 2.5 billion from a small local wholesaler of food products. Emperia Holding was a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and what characterized it was a combination of high ethical standards and full transparency of activities carried out with care for the interests of shareholders and business partners and employees. For its ethical approach to business, it has been awarded many times by investors and contractors.

Dariusz Kalinowski was connected with Emperia Holding for 17 years. He joined the capital group as a financial director, and after the transfer of Artur Kawy to the supervisory board, he was appointed the President of the Management Board from 2012 to 2018. Earlier, Dariusz Kalinowski worked in an international production and banking sector, in which he specialized in project finance.

Harvent Capital in its investment strategy, based on its many years of experience in the area of ​​shopping malls, focuses only on the highest quality projects that will be attractive commercial objects both today and in the future. This means that the key issue in selecting an investment is a strong strategic position of the given facility and the ability to meet the expectations of increasingly demanding customers.

The Mayland Real Estate company, a commercial real estate developer with extensive experience in the design and implementation of shopping centers (including Krakow's Serenade, Gdynia Riviera and Opole Karolinka) was chosen to perform the function of Investment Supervision in the Color Park shopping and entertainment center.

Over 30% of construction work has already been carried out in the first stage of construction. Currently, the tender is coming to an end, in which a general contractor will be selected, which in the coming weeks will start the implementation of the remaining part of the investment.

The object is created directly next to the newly built roundabout on "Zakopianka". The excellent location will guarantee a very large turnout of clients from both Nowy Targ, Slovakia and from Zakopane, located just 14 km away, consolidating the position of Nowy Targ as the shopping capital of Podhale.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of the facility and its rental. The leasable area of ​​the facility is about 28 thousand sq. m, including a multiplex cinema, a food supermarket and a shopping center with about 80 shops of Polish and foreign brands.

Commercialization of the facility already at this stage of implementation reached the level of nearly 90% of the leasable area. The main tenants of the facility will include the most important fashion brands - Reserved, H&M, Deichmann, Sinsay, Mohito, Cropp, House, Diverse and many more. In addition, their large shops in the latest concepts will open, among others such networks as: Martes Sport, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Smyk or Empik. The facility will have the only cinema multiplex in the region - Multikino. A great attraction will also be a unique, interactive playground for children and teenagers with an area of ​​over 1 thousand sq. m. The rich gastronomic offer has also been adapted to the region's great potential - there will be 10 café and restaurant points in Color Park. In addition, the Color Park Nowy Targ offer will complement a dozen service outlets as well as showrooms and stands for local buyers.

The opening of this anticipated by both customers and tenants, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Podhale, was planned for the fourth quarter of 2020.
