The owner of the Era Park network's facilities operating dynamically in Radomsko and Wieluń focuses on Warsaw. The new network investment is a retail park with an area of ​​over 3,000. sqm. GLA.

In Warsaw, in the Rembertów district, located in the right-bank part of the city, the construction of a modern retail and service park under the Era Park banner is planned. The facility will be established in the area of ​​deep trade traditions. In 1973, the "Ciuchy" marketplace from the area of ​​the East Railway Station was transferred here, associated with higher product quality and fashionable design. The unique location - in the very center of the district, directly at one of the main streets (Strażacka) - guarantees a very high turnout of clients.
More than 25,000 residents live in the immediate vicinity. In Rembertów there is a university of the Academy of War Art, inhabited by about 3 thousand people. In the nearby surroundings of the Era Park investment there are Rossmann and food supermarkets - Biedronka and Lidl, as well as public transport stops. In addition, the PKP and SKM (Suburbian Train) station is located in close proximity, to which every day, due to the fast and convenient connection to the city center, residents of the nearby district of Wesoła and Ząbki, Zielonka, Kobyłka, Sulejówek and others commute.
