During the spring edition of SCF at the Mallson Polska stand, the lease contract was officially signed for the Smyk store in the only shopping and entertainment gallery in Żory. The shop will occupy an area of ​​approximately 430 m2.

Smyk is a brand present on the Polish market for around 40 years. It offers a wide selection of toys, accessories for babies, clothing and footwear, school supplies, books and multimedia. In addition, the store chain has its own brand of toys (Smiki) and clothing and footwear (Cool Club). Smyk stores operate in Poland, Russia, Romania and Ukraine.

Galeria Wiślanka will be the only modern commercial facility in Żory. For nearly 20,000 sqm. the lease area will include approximately 80 stores of Polish and foreign brands, service outlets. Among the tenants of the facility there will be, among others, Helios - the only multi-screen cinema in the city and the latest concept of the Lidl market. Customers will have at their disposal over 600 parking spaces.

Thanks to the location of the Gallery, right at the intersection of the most important expressways in the region (national road No. 81 with the 935 provincial road, constituting a part of the Żory beltway reaching the A1 motorway), the center is the only one in the city (the nearest located 60 km away) has a catchment of up to 750,000 residents within 30 min.

The opening of the Galeria Wiślanka is planned for the second half of 2020.
