Multibox facilities form one of the largest network of retail parks in Poland. Behind the success of Multibox there is good-to-market commercialization and unique locations - located in the immediate vicinity of the Kaufland or Lidl stores.

In the autumn of this year customers will be able to shop in the only modern Multibox shopping center in Głogów in the city center. The project is being created at the operating since May 2018. Kaufland supermarket, with which it will be connected by a common, comfortable car park with 400 seats. In the immediate surroundings there are housing estates, Poviat Starosty and Outpatient Clinic. In a retail park with a leasable area of ​​over 9,000 sq m 15 tenants are planned, with a comprehensive commercial offer, a modern fitness room and an interactive playground for children.

Multibox in Płońsk, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year, is located at one of the main communication arteries of the city, close to the center, surrounded by housing estates. In the immediate vicinity of the park there is the Kaufland market and the McDonald's restaurant. Complex with a leasable area of ​​over 5,000 sq m will offer ten premises with a comprehensive commercial offer. 200 free parking spaces will be made available to motorists.

The investor and contractor of Multibox Shopping Parks is ZBR Budrem from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Currently, there are 9 operating facilities, including in Świecie, Tczew, Nowy Tomyśl, Łask, Siedlce, Ciechanów, Dęblin and two in Ostrów Wlkp. There are shopping parks under construction in Warsaw in Wilanów, Głogów and Płońsk, and preparations are underway to start construction in Szamotuły, Trzcianka and Ełk. Over the next three years, the Multibox network will have a total of about 20 facilities.
