One of the largest retail park chains in Poland - Multibox - will soon expand the portfolio of open facilities in Głogów. The construction of the building is at an advanced stage and the opening is planned for the autumn of 2019. Mallson Polska, responsible for the commercial concept and commercialization, has signed another contract with Martes Sport, a dynamically growing network of large sports shops on the Polish market. The brand will occupy an area of ​​approx. 900 sq m. and it will be the largest sports shop in the city.

Multibox in Głogów will be the only modern commercial center in the city center. The project is being created at the intersection of Wojska Polskiego Street and Sikorskiego Street, with the Kaufland supermarket operating since May last, with which it will be connected by a common, comfortable car park with 400 spaces. In the immediate surroundings there are housing estates, and directly next to the Poviat Starosty and a Clinic. In a retail park with a leasable area of ​​over 9,000 sq m. 15 tenants are planned, with a comprehensive commercial offer, a modern fitness room and an interactive playground for children.

The investor and contractor of Multibox Park Handlowe is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy Budrem from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Currently, within the Multibox network, there are facilities in Świecie, Tczew, Nowy Tomyśl, Łask, Siedlce, Ciechanów, Dęblin and two in Ostrów Wielkopolski. There are retail parks under construction in Warsaw's Wilanów and Płońsk, and in preparation in Szamotuły and Trzcianka.
