The implementation of Galeria Wiślanka, the first shopping and entertainment center in Żory, is accelerating. At the end of 2018, the building obtained a valid building permit and by 11 February this year offers for the general contractor are accepted. Dekra, responsible also for the tender process, is also chosen as a substitute investor.

Galeria Wiślanka in October 2018 obtained a valid building permit, which significantly affected the process of its commercialization. Mallson Polska is responsible for leasing the space, thanks to which more network companies join the group of tenants.

In Galeria Wiślanka, on nearly 20,000 sqm. of lease area, there will be 80 stores and service outlets, including the only modern, multi-screen Helios cinema in the city and the latest concept of the Lidl network. Motorized customers will be provided with underground and above-ground parking for over 600 parking spaces. The opening of Galeria Wiślanka is planned for the first half of 2020.

- Galeria Wiślanka will be created for the youngest. In addition to the entertainment zone with the cinema, a professional playground for children and a fitness zone are also planned. Families will be able to take advantage of the fashion offer, convenient parking, leisure zones, as well as gastronomic offer - says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of Mallson Polska.

Thanks to the excellent location of the gallery at the intersection of the most important express roads in the region (national road No. 81 with the 935 provincial road, being part of the Żor ring-road, reaching the A1 motorway), the center, as the only one in the city, will catchment potential customers about 750 thousand. within 30 min.
