In Głogów and Płońsk, the construction of Multiboxes - one of the largest networks of retail parks in Poland - is underway. Their opening is planned for autumn 2019. The Mallson company responsible for the commercial concept and commercialization has acquired another network tenant - the SINSAY brand belonging to the LPP group. In Multibox Głogów there will be a salon with an area 1,200 m2 - the largest in the whole region, and in Multibox Płońsk - on the area 850 m2, the only store in the brand will open.

Multibox in Głogów will be the only modern commercial center in the city center. The project is being created at the operating since May 2018. Kaufland supermarket, with which it will be connected by a common, comfortable car park with 400 seats. In the immediate surroundings there are housing estates, and directly next to the Poviat Starosty and the Clinic. In a retail park with a leasable area of ​​over 9,000. sqm. 15 tenants are planned, with a comprehensive commercial offer, a modern fitness room and an interactive playground for children.

Multibox in Płońsk is located at one of the main communication arteries of the city, close to the city center, surrounded by housing estates. In the immediate vicinity of the park there is the Kaufland market and the McDonald's restaurant. A complex with a leasable area of ​​over 5,000. sqm. will offer ten premises, with a comprehensive commercial offer tailored to the needs of residents. 200 free parking spaces will be made available to motorists.

The investor and contractor of Multibox Park Handlowe is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy Budrem from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Currently, within the Multibox network, there are facilities in Świecie, Tczew, Nowy Tomyśl, Łask, Siedlce, Ciechanów, Dęblin and two in Ostrów Wielkopolski. There are retail parks under construction in Warsaw Wilanów and the above mentioned ones in Głogów and Płońsk. Over the next three years, the Multibox network will have a total of about 20 facilities.
