Mallson Polska - a consultancy and commercial real estate company can successfully close the next edition of the Shopping Center Forum. Tenants were impressed by the stand itself, as well as the quantity and quality of the projects presented at the Forum.

At this year's fair, tenants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with new projects commercialized by Mallson for the first time - including Jędrzejów (C.H. Sekunda), Oświęcim, Wadowice, or Zawiercie.

At the SCF, the inauguration of a unique facility took place: Wałbrzych Centrum. It is the only transport hub in Poland - implemented in the form of public-private partnership. This shopping and entertainment facility in the very center of the city will also be a train and a bus station, serving millions of passengers annually.

Signing lease agreements

The fair was also an excellent opportunity to sign lease agreements in several projects: Galeria Metro Kwidzyn finalized a contract with the leader of the footwear industry - the CCC network, which will transfer there to the area of ​​1 thousand. sqm. its only salon in the city.

Galeria Wiślanka in Żory signed a contract with the popular Pepco chain, Shopping and entertainment center Color Park in Nowy Targ, however, it was enriched by the oldest jewelery brand in Poland - W. Kruk.

- The project of the Color Park Nowy Targ gallery - the largest shopping and entertainment facility in Podhale and the only one in the city, perfectly connected gallery Wiślanka in Żory - was still unwavering. Tenants also asked about available premises in subsequent projects of one of the largest network of Multibox shopping parks - says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska.

At Mallson, he presented about 50 objects in commercialization and re-commercialization, as well as many new ones - at the design stage, which will be inaugurated in the coming months.
