Wiślanka will start in the second half of 2019
A modern commercial complex is being built at the main intersection of the provincial road No. 935 (being a part of the city beltway reaching the A1 motorway) and national road No. 81 (with high traffic, leading from Katowice to the Beskidy Mountains), popularly called "Wiślanka".
Location of the investment (according to GFK survey: 752 thousand people in the access zone up to 30 minutes) will provide clients from all over the region with fast communication with the facility. The commercial attractiveness of the area will be enhanced by the offers of the nearby Auchan hypermarket shopping zone, DYI Leroy Merlin supermarket, Decathlon sports network and Mc Donald's and KFC restaurants.
- Another network brand joined the group of tenants of Galeria Wiślanka. We perceive the wide range of the Pepco chain very well. We want the most-attractive tenants in the Galeria Wiślanka, a unique place in a perfect location. We can talk about the great success and huge interest of network companies during meetings at SCF - says Ewa Ściubidło - Vice President of Mallson Polska, a company responsible for renting Wiślanka. A comprehensive representation of well-known commercial and service brands, catering and entertainment brands, not yet available on the local market, is a guarantee of a large attendance of customers and their successful purchases - he adds.
The investor of the gallery is the experienced investment company Błysk Investment Group. The architectural concept was developed by Studio Projektowe Krzysztof Cienciała from Cieszyn. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing of Galeria Wiślanka.
