The investor of Galeria Wiślanka in Żory, the Błysk company has just received a building permit. The opening of the center is scheduled for at the turn of 2019/2020. The level of commercialization of the facility is already 70 percent. Mallson Polska is responsible for the concept of commercialization and leasing.

Galeria Wiślanka will be the first modern commercial facility in Żory. The building has just obtained a building permit. The tender for the selection of the general contractor of the project will soon start.

Thanks to the location of the Gallery right at the intersection of the most important expressways in the region (national road no. 81 with the 935 provincial road constituting a part of the Żory beltway reaching the A1 motorway), the center is the only one in the city (the nearest located located 60 km) has a catchment of up to 750,000 . residents within 30 min.
