Ground work has begun for the construction of another facility of one of the largest network of retail parks in Poland - operating under the common name of MULTIBOX. The investor and contractor is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM from Ostrów Wielkopolski. The facility will be opened in autumn 2019.

The Multibox Retail Park in Płońsk has the best commercial location in the city - close to the center, at one of the main communication arteries and in the vicinity of housing estates. The object is created directly next to the Kaufland supermarket and Mc Donald's restaurant - attracting customers from around the region. A complex with a leasable area of ​​approximately 5,000 sq m. will offer nine commercial premises, with an offer tailored to the needs of residents. 200 free parking spaces will be available for motorists.

- The already existing Multibox shopping parks in Głogów and Warsaw - Wilanów were joined by another - in Płońsk. Moreover, in 2019, the opening of Multibox retail parks in Trzcianka and in Szamotuły is planned - says Maciej Celmer, vice president of Mallson Polska - a company responsible for the commercial concept and the rental of Multibox network facilities.

Multibox Park Płońsk, will be another project belonging to the Multibox network. Objects in Świecie, Tczew, Nowy Tomyśl, Łask, Siedlce, Dęblin and two facilities in Ostrów Wielkopolski are thriving. Over the next two years, the company intends to expand the network with new locations - in addition to the facilities mentioned above, projects are also being prepared in Ełk and in Dęblin (extension).
