The LCP Properties Fund - the owner of the only modern shopping center in Wągrowiec, has begun its expansion. The Mallson company responsible for its commercialization has gained another well-known tenant. The shop with an area of ​​approx. 640 m2 will be opened by Sinsay - the youngest of the brands of the LPP group.

The shopping center is being expanded to include a shopping park integrated with it. In total, the facility will contain 10 stores and service outlets. The main tenants next to Sinsay are: Mila supermarket, Rossmann drugstore, CCC shoe store and Neonet electronics store.

The facility is located close to the city center - surrounded by the largest housing estates. Together with the Lidl, Intermarche, Aldi and Biedronka stores located nearby, it will be the most important trading place of the city and the region. Re-commercialization of the facility is already at the final stage - lease agreements with known large retail chains are being finalized for the last 2 vacant premises.

The enlarged facility will be opened in the first half of 2019.
