Metropolitan Investment S.A. signed a preliminary contract for the purchase of a plot of land in Łaziska Górne in order to carry out the construction of a modern commercial and service complex that will meet the needs of the city's residents.

The Metropolitan Investment investment will be located in Łaziska Górne, by the national road No. 81 on the Katowice-Mikołów-Żory-Skoczów route. Nearby, there are numerous housing estates, as well as the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center.

The concept of spatial development of the investment assumes the construction of buildings with a total leasable area of nearly 9,000. sq.m. Among them there will be, among others, a modern retail park with stores of well-known chain brands, a premise for a discount grocery operator, a gas station and the Drive Thru restaurant.

It will be the first investment of such a large scale and the only modern commercial complex in the city.
