It has been 10 years since the founding of Mallson Polska - a company highly positioned on the commercial real estate market, appreciated by investors and tenants. For a decade as a consulting company, it offers professional consultancy services at various stages of the creation of shopping centers, galleries and retail parks.

Mallson celebrated its 10th anniversary in a wide circle of friendly companies, where outstanding partners were honored with medals, with whom it has been cooperating successfully for many years.

Yes, it was difficult for us to make a choice, because the list would be very long, many of our business partners have been with us since the beginning of the company's establishment - says Vice President Maciej Celmer. That is why we have based on the countable criteria and the first position with the largest number of contracts included in the projects conducted by us - we have distinguished Pepco. The medal was collected by Bożena Pekowska, with whom we had the pleasure of negotiating and opening several dozen shops of this brand.

The award for the next tenant with the largest number of contracts included in the Mallson projects was given to Martes Sport and the medal was collected by Tomasz Barchański responsible from the beginning of the company's establishment for its development. An interesting coincidence was that Ewa Ściubidło - vice-president of Mallson handing this medal on behalf of our company - herself received a similar award from the same year a year earlier - for contributing to the company's development by providing the largest number of premises for Martes Sport.

We have also distinguished two of our developers, whom we have been serving for many years in consulting and commercialization of their facilities - says Maciej Mazur.

The award went to Budrem - a large construction company that is not only a general contractor for many of the buildings commercialized by us, but also the owner of a network of retail parks under the name Multibox. Together with Budrem we have just completed several investments - and in the near future we should exceed the number of 20 joint projects.

The medal was also awarded to Jarosław Fijałkowski, who heads the Real2b companies implementing hybrid centers and Quick Park retail parks. It was in his projects that we mediated in the conclusion of the largest number of contracts and the commercialization of subsequent facilities is under way.

The event was hosted by Norbi and the ceremony was graced by Natalia Szroeder's concert. There were also other attractions and surprises.

We are glad that so many tenants, investors, architects, lawyers and other friendly people and companies could celebrate our anniversary in a pleasant Christmas atmosphere.
