Real2B Development received a permit to build Quick Park in Olkusz. The decision will allow the developer to commence construction work on the shopping center, which is scheduled to open in 2019. The total rental area is 14 thousand sqm. of GLA.

The process of commercialization conducted by Mallson Polska has started last year. Currently, over 70% of retail space has been leased. The main tenants of Quick Park include: OH Cinema - first multiplex cinema in the city, SPAR Supermarket, LPP Group brands (Reserved, House, Cropp, Sinsay), Empik, RTV Euro AGD, Pepco, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Smyk, Swiss.
