Minsk Mazowiecki will gain a new trade area. At the entrance to Mińsk Mazowiecki near the existing Stojadla shopping complex (Carrefour, Castorama, McDonald's) the Vita Park shopping park is being built. Excellent communication, directly on the route 92 (Warsaw-Siedlce) and near the intersection with route 50 (Grójec-Ostrów Mazowiecki). Construction is already advanced and the opening is scheduled for Q1 2018.

The facility was presented at the Shopping Center Forum 2017 CEE Edition.

The project involves the construction of a one-storey complex of commercial and service buildings with independent entrances directly from the car park. The commercial park is built on a plot of about 18 thousand sqm. The commercial park development is based on the use of modern architectural solutions and high-quality finishing materials, which will be perceived by the local community as a premium, fast and easy shopping option. The object will be 6.7 thousand sqm. rental space and about 20 popular shopping and shopping networks, and 245 comfortable parking spaces for vehicles.

The investor is Villa Development V.D. Management Sp. z o.o. Sp. with limited partnership existing in the real estate industry since 2006. It has a portfolio of multi-purpose residential and commercial buildings.

The commercialization of the facility is underway and Mallson Polska is responsible for acquiring tenants.
