Tenants impressed with the quality and quantity of projects presented at SCF 2017 by Mallson Poland

This year's fair at stand 5.0 was marked by many market leaders - SCF tenants met for the first time details of new projects commercialized by Mallson Poland. The projects include: Metropolitan Park Kwidzyn, Vita Park Minsk Mazowiecki, Galeria Jasło, Hepi Park in Aleksandrów Łódzki, C.H. Minsk 58 in Wroclaw, Multiboxes in 3 cities: Góra Kalwaria, Radom, Trzcianka and Vera Parks in Brzesko and Koźle.

We also started renting a retail park in Polkowice by Dariusz Miłek (President of CCC S.A.) - known for the realization of exceptional commercial objects, such as our commercially-run (8 years ago) Cuprum Arena in Lubin.

The fair was also an excellent opportunity to finalize recent talks in the highly-hiring Real2B projects - Quick Parks in Oława, Olkusz, Kępno, Sulechów and Konstancin.

The design of Color Park Gallery - the biggest shopping and entertainment center of Podhale in Nowy Targ and the only well-connected gallery in Wiślanka in Żory - was a huge attraction. For both projects we have already completed the key tenants - says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Poland.

In total, Mallson represented 13 shopping centers and 42 shopping centers, including more than 40 commercially viable projects with an area of ​​approximately 300,000 square meters of GLA, 7 commercialized facilities and several new ones still in development.

Visitors to our fair are very pleased with the design, inviting format and atmosphere of our joint with Real2B stand. We have conducted several dozen fruitful business meetings with most major retail chains. One of their effects is the decision to expand some projects to meet the demand of all interested tenants.
