Multibox facilities are one of the largest retail parks in Poland. At present there are 9 operating facilities and in the next 2-3 years their number will double.

Multibox successes include good commercialization and unique locations - all are leased at 100 percent and almost all are located in the immediate vicinity of Kaufland or Lidl.

Commercialization of new Multiboxes is commencing in Płońsk, Głogów, Szamotuły, Trzcianka, Radom, Góra Kalwaria and in Warsaw Wilanow. It is also planned to expand existing projects in Deblin or Nowy Tomyśl.
