In August 2017, the first works on the construction of a new retail park in Bilgoraj began. The object called N1 Park will be built at the avenue of John Paul II.

The project is to build a retail park on a plot of approximately 5.6 thous. sqm. in the neighborhood of Kaufland supermarket. Access to individual shops will be possible directly from the car park.
